I’ve come to a decision that going forth I won’t be providing details on the COVID figures anymore, I’ve been posting them for over a year now and to be very honest, it’s gotten to be a drag trying to get them, note them down and post them up on here and, as I’ll be going straight into the start of the Christmas rush in work, I won’t have much time to keep on top of things

I appreciate anyone who’s taken the time to read my reports as that was my main reason for doing them, to keep others informed

Cautionary good news. If linked article is correct, use of the drug is not without risk. Both to the patient and of virus mutations. Which sounds a bit like anti-biotic resistance which generally arises if the full course of treatment isn't followed. Which is of concern if it's to be handed out like smarties outside of hospital supervision...

As much as people are justifiably excited about the prospect for orally available drugs that can prevent and treat Covid-19, I believe the FDA needs to tread very carefully with molnupiravir, the antiviral currently before them for approval.

This drug has never even been Peer reviewed. Incredible that they think it safe for the general population

For me im fit, under 30, no health conditions and double jabbed so convincing me to get an annual booster shot is different to a 65 year old female with Diabetes especially when the risk of harmful side effects of the jab is more for my age group / gender than said 65 yr old.

Yesterday I was able to scheduled my daughter for her first Covid shot, all her friends have been able to get appointments too so the roll out process has been more smooth than when the adult vaccine was rolled out. There also seems to be less demand, which is no surprising, given that only 1/3 of US parents surveyed said they would vaccinate their children right away.
This pandemic has been very hard on kids so I welcome this new layer of protection for them. My daughter is certainly thrilled about the possibility of having sleepovers again and a birthday party this year.

‘Accurately’ I don’t know how you can say that when the media and government print and tell complete lies for a living on a daily basis.

It isn’t the media and government putting out lies though, it’s statistical information.

We are reading about two hundred people dying a day after positive tests, or the NHS being at capacity because of thousands of COVID patients because that’s what has happened.

I just wish this focus on opposing those telling complete lies would extend to acknowledging that people who retweet Toby Young might also be fibbers.
