When I've been to the theatre or to concerts since things have reopened there has been a requirement to wear masks throughout. Indeed, I've got tickets to Wagner in a bit and the ENO are recommending a face covering for the whole 5 hour performance

I imagine I'll be getting mine at 6 months, which is January. Still recovering from the first lot if I'm honest lol

Got contacted about a month ago now to arrange my booster, I’m not having it yet… hearing a few stories off friends about side effects so I’m going to wait a little longer.

Went out last night to a restaurant then a cocktail bar. The bar checked our vaccination status as we entered, the restaurant didn't check anything. Not sure if the restaurant was breaking the rules. Would need to check. It was pretty empty anyway.

I don’t like masks , I mean who does , but there’s Liberty there isn’t there because you don’t have to go do you ? It’s a choice isn’t it ? Although I’d imagine you’d be devastated to miss your Wagner !

Indeed, it's all something I've chosen to do. I'd imagine it's not dissimilar to going on a long-haul flight, as you need to wear a mask in the airport and on the plane with "breaks" if you eat or drink something.

Its because its impractical by nature so you're paying good money to not enjoy yourself!

I get people wearing masks on public transport and in work/retail etc but everyone may as well just stay home if you have to wear masks everywhere for the rest of our lives.

Think there are some around me. They say even covid cases come to zero worldwide, they now like the feel of being safe and will continue wearing them for transport and shopping as well as outdoor; if the street they are at is crowded.

Unfortunately imo the usage will never stop with the end of COVID pandemic.
