On the ICU comment.
I just look at my dad (65, COPD etc, but keeps himself healthy). 2 jabs, didn't end up in hospital, but was ill for a few days and is just getting back to full fitness 3 weeks later.
Look at my neighbour, in his 50s, 20-25 stone, drinks and smokes, ends up in ICU on oxygen, but still survived.
There's a pretty clear difference between him and my dad. For one, he needs about 18 pills a day to live as it is. That's self-inflicted and nothing to do with wearing a mask or not. But luckily for my neighbour (he's a lovely man, just an idiot in how he looks after himself, or doesn't) he'd had both his jabs, because if not COVID would have killed him. And if my dad hadn't had his jabs, then he'd had been in hospital I reckon.
