Egypt and India should already be 100X worse than Italy if you take into consideration how heavily populated they are

For India, that's probably a combination of geography ( fair distance from the worst outbreaks ), less travel between countries, and a much younger population ( so higher percentage of asymptomatic cases )

Lockdown continues to prove... well... inconclusive as to actually tackling this it seems.

As already highlighted about 14 days from today we should see a slowdown. If households members are being asked to isolate if a member is suspected then evidently it has possibly a 14 day incubation period...

Liverpool Airport shutting for 3 mths as from Monday.

Manchester Airport shutting two terminals on Monday for 3 mths too.

My son works in air traffic control at liverpool, at work at minute he's not said anything about that .Did say they going on 80% wages for 3 months

Heard the same. Aviation has been hit hard. Medical flights will continue but all other flights in and out will stop soon from both airports.
