I cant help but get it. Statistical;ly it makes more sense. However, IF their were a choice that vaccine would be in the bin. Tell me I'm wrong...

That's merely an argument about price and logistics, not quality. And if the choice was down to price it would not obviate the substantive point being made here: ergo all things being equal people would choose an alternative.

But price and logistics can't be ignored as we live in the real world rather than some theoretical place.

I had a choice and was aware of the potential issue of clotting for JNJ since it was in the same family as AZ - I still chose to take it.

tbf some of the places in Africa that had bad Ebola outbreaks, the treatment for which also requires very cold storage irrc, I'd trust their logistics over a lot of US places with no experience! But price is going to be a huge factor for vaccine equity.
