I was looking on social media earlier and it looks like people are starting to have large gatherings regularly indoors now. I actually really do believe pubs should be open indoors from tomorrow to avoid these dangerous indoor gatherings of 20-30 people with no social distancing.

It’s notIt does make sense for the reason you said. It’s dangerous to exercise while wearing a mask.
Allowing an exemption for gyms doesn’t diminish the benefit of mask wearing in all other settings.
