I see Bangladesh, Pakistan, the Philippines and Kenya have been added to the red list countries - adding the first three is going to cause a lot of extra expense for people who probably won't be able to afford it. One would hope they'd have come up with an alternative to the £1500 a person stay at an airside hotel by now.
You have to pay for your own hotel in Australia and New Zealand, as far as I'm aware. Definitely Australia.
You also have to pay £170 per-person for the tests they send out to your home if you arrive back from a non red-list country.
We all called for the border controls. Well, this is it. It might not be right, but it's another deterrent to put people off from travelling.
