Seems like Germany have identified a trend in a particular cohort:
“Germany’s medicines regulator, the Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI), has now reported 31 cases of blood clots in people who have received AstraZeneca, Der Spiegel magazine reported on Tuesday.
Almost all cases are reportedly in younger and middle-aged women, prompting several German hospitals to suspend the use of the jab for women under 55 this week.”
It’s pulled from regular use in under 60s in Germany roll out, but you can still elect to get to it, but you have to have a consultation with a medic and an individual risk assessment.

Germany 'cannot ignore AstraZeneca findings', says Merkel
Chancellor Angela Merkel has defended Germany's decision to advise against the use of AstraZeneca for under-60s in the country, saying findings could not be ignored.www.thelocal.de
I did stress i knew it would be something like that - it's not the numbers as such, it's that it's from a particular group/age-range.
It's still an extremely strange decision IMO.
But, whatever, each country will do what they see fit. End goal should be vaccinate as quickly as possible, though. Suspending it, even if just for one age group, isn't going to help at all with any uptake issues.
