If I am to be permitted to do the bare minimum whilst at home, it still doesnt change my feelings about them shafting everybody else. On a selfish note, however, at least I can pay the bills.

No, they do not actively want to kill people (which I have never suggested), but are they doing all tat they could?Does it not worry you when you see other countries doing more and acting with greater speed?

Yes and no, I think the government are hoping that more of the population have silently picked this up and have immunity. If they can test for this then perhaps a large percentage of people could go back to work giving a resemblance of normality in 3 or so months. Thus an appearance of turning the tide.

Not really. I see other countries taking draconian measures that are having minimal impact. To be honest, most of my attention at the moment is ensuring the wife is okay.

There would be absolutely nothing gained by anyone if you lost your job or decided to leave on a principle, no matter what way you feel about your employer. A load more from the company I was just let go from have been laid off, we all would have stayed given the choice

I heard it and and interpreted it as 12 weeks from when he said it ?

That would take us through to early to mid June. Though that seems very optimistic, it does kind of tie in with the lower peaks on that graph.
