They are staffed by NHS staff. The appointments are spaced out. You are told NOT to arrive more than a few minutes before you are due. Masks and SD are mandatory.

Folk are not packed in. You are talking absolute nonsense.
...but not in clinical NHS locations. As fr appointments: 25 million appointments in 3 months. Not happening without cutting corners somewhere. Logistically impossible to avoid cramming with targets to meet.

Vaccinate 240,000 people per day and ensure it all goes like clockwork EVERY day EVERYWHERE. No chance. Hence my question.

What? Logistically impossible?

Its being done. Calmly, efficiently in hundreds, possible thousands of locations. Jabs dont need to be done in a specific NHS location.

Must admit it will be weird not having to wear masks around shops anymore when we've all been jabbed. Be made up like amount of time I leave it at home and have to contemplate ripping me undies off and wrapping em over me face lol
You know what? I might actually still wear masks walking around the shops anyway.

The biggest irony for me personally throughout this whole pandemic is that I haven't even had so much as a sniffle in well over a year and I personally think that can be attributed to the mask wearing. I can see why Asian countries have been doing it for years already.

For those who've had the jab, what are people's experience of the vaccination sites (conditions / efficiency). Heard a few horror stories, especially in places adapted to roll out the vaccine as opposed to the NHS sites: social distancing not all it should be, 45 minute waiting time (even for AZ vaccinations), poorly ventilated window-less rooms, packed waiting areas.

I dont expect too many will report all of those faults; but I'm hearing enough anecdotal evidence to suggest that the high volume of vaccinations are causing slippages in protocols, as in the above examples.
Couldn’t have had a better experience with mine, less than 5 mins queuing, very spaced out, answered a few health questions, had the jab and was out. And this was inside a lounge area at Anfield

You haven't even been to have one. How can you possibly make this assumption? It is a mammoth task yes but it has been done so well. This government are a shambles and have handled things so poorly but the vaccine roll out has been very impressive (thanks to the NHS).

For what it is worth I went to St Helens ground and was thoroughly impressed. Well spaced out, masks mandatory and each station cordoned off. I was in and out in 15 minutes and had received my next appointment by email before I had even left the building.

Those mega sites WILL be efficient.

It's the smaller non-NHS venues Ilm concerned with. I get the impression from the related experience of others that its nowhere near what it ought to be.
