Things can reopen: pubs / restaurants can serve people outdoor in the spring and summer; retail is not the same as gyms, pubs, restaurants as people can keep a mask on and they are not in a shop for very long periods...unlike a pub and restaurant or gym.

Don’t know if it’s a use to anyone here, but anecdotally here during our staff roll out, a lot have said taking paracetamol before and after the Jabs (if your ok to do so and as advised) and hydrating yourself before and after the jab, helps with to limit impact of expierenceing possible side effects.

The need for mass vaccinations here are because the government failed in containing the virus...a failure rate the worst in the world.

It's like praising somene for installing an alarm system after they had their house robbed.

I don’t want to see any of these ‘tiers’ again. London tier 2 while our area was lumped in with a whole county in tier 3 was more aggravating than everyone being in lockdown.....

Same as when Liverpool was in tier 2 and pubs were open, it just encouraged people from Lancashire and Manchester to travel into the city for weekends

I dont stay in. I cant. I'm out and about. And when the time comes I've had the vaccines I'll push the envelope a bit more and do stuff I couldn't and shouldn't have done for the last 12 months.

We're all in this together; we're as strong as our weakest link. This thing wont be here forever, and if it lingers we can protect ourselves as much as we can with the flu in the next few years.

But what we cant do right now is jump the gun. Even Johnson the Butcher recognises that.

How many pubs and restaurants can feasibly open with outdoor only service? Maybe 20% of the sector?
