Surely the study should be held outdoors rather than an indoor enclosed space? Granted its a wind tunnel but thats not the same as being outdoors.Imperial is running a study into this too.

I think the reality will be for many under 30 by the time its your turn for the vaccine you'll have likely had COVID atleast once. I imagine if they open up a bit more once the vulernable and elderly are vaccinated that chance will only increase.
Think they predicted that by December just gone 1 in 8 people in England have likely come into contact with it and typically the younger you are the more risks you are likely to take in terms of going out.

How does that get real life like results?
I'm genuinely not being funny. For example, they did all the mask studies with brand new masks when a lot of people reuse masks which completely changes the reliability of the mask.
10 days exactly. I’ve a theory that the guy who lives in the flat below has it, heard him coughing heavily a few times. It’s apparently supposed to date the 10 day isolation period from the time of exposure, and I hadn’t left the house in over 36 hours aside from an outdoor walk, so I’m wondering if his phone has been close enough to mine throughout the day for it to register as an exposure.
Coincidentally, my partner has been told by her boss not to self isolate even though I have to as she’s not been contacted directly, but she doesn’t have the app on her phone (apparently nursing staff were being advised not to as the hospital can trigger daily notifications)
Seems like a big risk to take when she’s vaccinating elderly patients.
