Same actually. Other than when I was delivering crap, exercise was mowing the lawn, or posting a letter.

Im not sure what you mean.

You were criticising workmen for doing non essential work. Cycling for exercise also isn’t essential. Nowhere did I say cycling wasn’t a good form of exercise.

Im simply pointing out you aren’t upholding your own standards. Of only doing the “essential”.

Riding a bike is inherently more dangerous than walking, and you are therefore more likely to end up in a crash and wasting valuable NHS resources, for what is non essential activity. Walking would keep you perfectly healthy while minimising risk to the health service.

Well, kinda. But the grass isnt normal grass, its meadow grass they make straw out of.

And the trees are all apple trees, which are 60 years old, and basically knackered. "Trimming" really means getting rid, if I had my way. Mrs R goes all earth mother about them though.
