We are going to have a very bad winter here in the US

It can survive for 5 days after thawing but has to be kept at -70c before that. So it will be logistically demanding, especially for less developed nations.do not think that is correct.
For some, others may be better than US/UK!It can survive for 5 days after thawing but has to be kept at -70c before that. So it will be logistically demanding, especially for less developed nations.
Just as well we have seamless border here in the UK with our largest trading partner. Oh hang on!It can survive for 5 days after thawing but has to be kept at -70c before that. So it will be logistically demanding, especially for less developed nations.
Interesting to see that the positive percentage for tests in this mass rollout in Liverpool is 0.5%. Thats very low, I remember a few weeks ago about 14% of tests in the city were coming back positive.
The spread of the virus seems extremely unpredictable. It does look like Merseyside is well past the peak though which is good news, hopefully the area will be fine for the rest of winter.
Hospitals are still very busy though mate.
A lot depends on how people behave once these latest restrictions end and which tier Liverpool goes back into.
If people behave like idiots over the Christmas period, it`ll only lead to a load more restrictions mid to late January.
Places like Oldham and certain parts of Lancs just don`t seem to be able to get it under control, this is despite having had restrictions for quite a long time now.
Makes you wonder what`s going on with their populations.

“They died of something else and they just happened to have Covid”Hard to believe those numbers tbh, the doctors on here are saying it's no worse than the flu
