So, the spike in Bolton has been traced to a bloke who arrived back from abroad, and instead of self isolating, went on an epic pub crawl with a load of mates.

Which is why these local lockdowns are complete rubbish imo and only hurt the ones who are responsible.

Just heard from the in-laws that any test in Czech costs about £60, so it seems logical that a lot of people aren't getting tested because they either can't afford it or want to spend their money in other ways. Bonkers.
