Did someone order some birdseye potato waffles? Cos that's what you're talking here mate. I'm bored. And I think you're just yanking our chain now. Nobody could be this bonkers as you
No lad. Itls a perfectly cogent and reasonable repsonse to your post...you just disagree with it, then you try and pistion anyone who doesn't swallow your view as insane.

Stay classy.

No, I gave you the answer and now you show your ihgnorance of the situation.

As for your professional sport role: I can only hope it has f.a. to do with Everton, though from our past few seasons I could believe you were at the heart of it.
No Dave, you gave an answer that relied on complete pseudo science, but having seen some of your ’academic’ papers I really shouldn't be too surprised.

Go ask big brother for some better arguments.

Prof Alan McNally, director of the institute of microbiology and infection at the University of Birmingham, who helped set up the Milton Keynes Lighthouse Lab, told BBC Breakfast there were “clearly underlying issues which nobody wants to tell us about” helping to explain why people could not get coronavirus tests.

He said he had heard from friends working in labs that there were no issues with things such as access to reagents. He went on:

The labs are still fully staffed, they are still churning through huge amounts of samples per day - the same number as they were a couple of months ago - so there are problems elsewhere in the chain.
Clearly what we have now is some underlying issues that no-one wants to tell us about ...
The worry is that we are not getting clear information on where the problems are and it seems that there’s been a lack of foresight and planning for this to occur.

Incidentally, I was talking with an Israeli company recently who have developed a breathalyzer style test that can give a result in about 30 seconds. It's not designed to replace the official tests, but to provide venues with a decent means of filtering patrons (it's about 85% accurate). They're working with Spurs on their pilot to get fans back into the stadium. Obviously if it proves successful it would have a bunch of other applications aside from football.

Breath tests on entry to a match.....what could possibly go wrong!

A colossal scandal this. If it’s not sorted out very quickly (which is hard to do given that it’s a consequence of how test and trace is performed by them) they will either have to do another total lockdown again or let tens of thousands die.

Breath test, temperature test and a questionnaire. If fans want to get back, you know? Likely to be home fans only.

I went to watch a friendly game near Belfast on Saturday afternoon. It was a mainly terraced ground so plenty of room to stand. They took contact details for track and trace on way in and spaced people out.

I went more out of curiosity than anything but it was handled well and it showed to me that it can work. I see no logical reason why the gradual return to full stadiums can't start now. No one will be forced to attend.
