For the 60 day cut off, the announced total is 5, down 26 on yesterday and the same amount as last Sunday, the 7 day rolling average remains at 17.14

For the legacy, the announced total is 7, down 75 on yesterday and down 2 on last Sunday, the 7 day rolling average falls slightly to an even 57

The earlier hospital figure sees that average fall slightly to 6.29

This is a forum right? A place where people can share their thoughts and opinions on a range of subjects?

Did I miss the disclaimer on this particular thread that specified it was the only thread on the site where you can't pass an opinion on the subject.

People may not agree with such but that is the point in this site right?

So what if people don't like my opinion? It's a forum , there is no right or wrong. It's pretty clear that even scientists don't know everything about covid-19 and won't do for a while.

It's rather worrying that people want to take the opinion of one poster and apply right or wrong like I'm held up in some higher esteem than others just so they can knock them back down using their own. Why not just scroll on past if you don't agree? My opinion is not more important than anyone elses lol

As for 9/11 , ironically I can tell you my opinion on that front but I'm sure it would be cross examined and made a big deal on how it's wrong.

I think it’s more to do with people getting frustrated at the larger (and worrying), growing trend of anti-science/ expert.
Too many people are choosing to believe things that suit them and are not in conflict with their behaviour. Previous or otherwise.
See anti climate change, Jordan Peterson, growing xenophobia etc etc

Hospital figures - 3 is the announced total, down 4 on yesterday and down 1 on last Sunday. Just one was in English hospitals, the lowest since the pandemic hit, 5 down on yesterday and 1 down on last week and it occurred on Friday

It's almost like coronavirus is a matter of life and death, while the other threads are mainly just football chat and comparing 'fit birds'. Weird how the tone is so different hey?

When the latest figures say 3 people died of it in a day its hardly a huge worry as people make out is it

Anyway thanks for your response, I'll tell my brother in law not to make his Mum's death from Covid into a huge worry. I'm sure the relatives of the other 800,000 people who've died from this pandemic will be similarly comforted by your kind words.

Well that’s a relief. And Hancock said the risk of catching it in offices was also very small. It’s a wonder anyone caught the damn thing in the first place, given how seemingly low risk it is.
