Even after the virus has been controlled though.

That's the issue I have with it. If you told me I couldn't go anywhere without a mask back in march, no issue from me there. However 4 months later and at a specific date as well is just weird to me.

For what it's worth I don't believe it's got anything to do with controlling the virus and more paying lip service to people concerned they are being told to go out again.

We should be given a choice in my opinion. Because people will take that choice as they have done for months. It's the principle that I don't need a mask 3 months ago but I do now. I don't need one in Asda today but I do next week?

Even you guys must see the silly aspect of that?

Funny you say that because a lot of what they 'say' has been proven wrong or never gone anywhere.

I love this attitude , just because they are scientists that they are right.

The chief scientist was right when he broke his OWN rules and was sacked.

The list of susceptible conditions has increased from old and sick to bald and just being male.

The government themselves are launching an urgent enquiry because they may have over exagerated the numbers

Maybe not everything you read about is right? Maybe not everything is correct just because a doctor or scientist has said it?

After all there is plenty of stories out there that these scientists gave the wrong advice before lockdown.

Maybe just maybe stop believing everything you hear and start actually using your own mind to think.

It’s true. Kids will not die, most likely will not show symptoms either. The sad thing is, kids in the US depend on school because it is a safe space for them, they get 2 meals a day plus snacks which maybe their only meal of the day. I’m all for kids going back in a safe manner due to this

But I have nowhere near the expertise or experience or data they have. Even at their wrongest, they will be far more right than Doctor Kenshin's gut instinct. The fact that science gets things wrong is a fact of science, they go with the latest hypothesis until it's disproven or new information comes out.

Countries who have listened to their epidemiologists have contained the virus, countries with utter clowns in charge have had deaths in the tens of thousands. The country with the biggest idiot in charge have had hundreds of thousands. I reckon it's not a coincidence
