You have rightly pointed the finger at Johnson .
But he isnt the problem with this , its Whitty , Vallance and Harries ( the science) they are the advisors in a field where Johnson is not qualified to have any sway whatsoever.
Boris is a buffoon as we have known all along but Cummings and his Science model are the real culprits here.
And yes Ferguson was right along but he was sheparded out the way sharpish ( bit different from what happened with Cummings )

(The Science) were aloof to the WHO and thought their model was superior.
Its led to 60k+ deaths , these people have to be taken into account for thier actions.
And its far from over yet.

The buck has to stop with Johnson. He's given over all decision making to Cummings. He'll die on that hill - along with many thousands of Britons.

he’s a complete rat who treated his workers like crap during this . If you can afford to drink anywhere else just go there . Now post lockdown your money is even more important than ever, If you choose to Go out give your money to people who skinted themselves to make sure their staff got paid not multi-millionaires who said they couldn’t afford it and advised them to work at Tesco to make up the short fall.
 
We're inching toward trouble again over here our R is hitting 1, the demographic seems to be the younger population, under 25s making up the bulk and the rest of the majority under 45. If i was to call it anecdotally, since lock down has been eased most people have been going around care free and as if everything was as had been in January.

'Care and caution' urged as reproductive rate 'at 1'

The National Public Health Emergency Team has said there is an "immediate need to take care and caution", as the reproductive rate of Covid-19 in Ireland now stands at, or above, 1.

44,650 COVID deaths now. 20,000 was the number of a good result Johnson and his Government were advising in thoss first daily briefings once we had finally moved into lockdown.
Johnson and his snafu government that he put together have lots of answering, for me the dawdling in going to lock down, the decision to discharge patients in care homes not knowing COVID status, and balls up around PPE. Our Government has been trounced in its war against this virus.

Unfortunately beggars can't be choosers. Almost quite literally in my case.
