I suspect if that's the earliest date the Government think it will happen, it will happen on that date, given the push for reopeningagain my point And I suspect @peteblue ‘s it was a suggested date in the strategy but a lot of people seem to be taking it as gospel , it might be but it doesn’t seem to have been confirmed .

Have you done formal Risk Assessments? I've heard of some small food producers who have been contacted by local EHO'S for these and I would assume there would be a similar requirement for pubs and restaurants etc.We have still not had definitive advice that the 4/7 date is confirmed. The brewers have started picking up the unused full barrels and we’ve had the tech services guy out to give the cellar a check of all equipment. As I've said, we will delay ours slightly anyway to see how all this distancing and serving process works out and to finish the refurbishment.....

Bubble partnersWho is covered by the new arrangements?
Adults living alone or single parents with children under the age of 18.
What about vulnerable people who are shielding ?
Officials say it is too soon for them to be able to join support bubbles.
I'm a grandparent and I live with my spouse, can I see my grandchildren?
Sadly no. The support bubble must contain one person who lives alone.
What about parents who are separated but who currently share childcare between households?
That will continue. If parents are the only adult in the household they can form a bubble with another household.
What happens if someone in a bubble develops coronavirus symptoms?
All members of both households in the bubble must self-isolate for 14 days.
Can households form more than one bubble?
No. Arrangements must be exclusive with no switching of bubble partners.
Will people have to formally register these bubble arrangements?
No, it will be taken on trust.
Not quite sure I've read anything so stupid in my entire life.
The pressing issue is, how are you coping without the gym?
