We have still not had definitive advice that the 4/7 date is confirmed. The brewers have started picking up the unused full barrels and we’ve had the tech services guy out to give the cellar a check of all equipment. As I've said, we will delay ours slightly anyway to see how all this distancing and serving process works out and to finish the refurbishment.....

thanks mate And that was my point I’m not saying the poster was wrong I just find it hard to believe that the date was confirmed with the brewing industry and they failed to feed that out to any other pubs .

I think the potential training implications for everyone along with the possible change to social distancing means it’ll have to be 3 weeks warning minimum and I’d suspect a bit a guidance over the loos wouldn’t go amiss .

The 4 July is the earliest date that reopening can happen as part of that phase for return - hairdressers and some hospitality.

again my point And I suspect @peteblue ‘s it was a suggested date in the strategy but a lot of people seem to be taking it as gospel , it might be but it doesn’t seem to have been confirmed .
