Some bits have been ok, but they are usually the same bits where HMG actually employs and can command people to do things.

You are looking at it the wrong way.

Johnson isn't the unlucky sod who has inherited this, he is this. He is no different to may or Cameron before him, nothing has changed.

Remember he was earmarked to take over in 2016 before he bottled it at the last minute.

So whatever you think of current standings , Johnson is very much a part of it as anyone who came before him

He probably won't appear. He never usually does. Although he has tried to rig it in his favour.

Technically

If one person is encouraged to go out because of Cummings and ends up passing the virus onto someone who loses a life, @davek would be spot on in calling the Tories murderers now.
