It is good news but we still need to know more about what it means with regard to immunity or maybe just I do.
I haven’t read up enough to know what we know or don’t know about titer levels, etc. I think I read something that mentioned immunity for a year or so with coronavirus that cause colds.

So 1000's of those deaths are down to worrying are they, that's the type of thing I'd expect a Tory MP to be rolling out as an excuse.
Up until the 15th of April, OAP's who had beaten the virus were being returned to care homes with no test to check if they had it, the Govt were basically throwing Covid hand grenades into those care homes, the most vulnerable in our society to dying from this virus and that's what they did.
And the care homes who said we are not accepting anybody back without being tested to make sure they haven't got it, they knew the dangers, were threatened with having their funding stopped unless they accepted the residents back.

Pretty sure in the future the WHO s Tedros Adhanoms name will become a byword for procrastination and self interest.
More likely due to the number of operations and procedures that have been halted due to the need for hospital capacity to cope with the virus, or people not going into hospitals for fear of contracting the virus. On the flipside, of course, there may be fewer deaths on roads and other health-related advantages of the lockdown, but the last few months will have had an impact on non-covid issues.
