I'm optimistic in 3 weeks we will have case numbers a lot lower but concerned that with the easing of restrictions we would again rise causing another lockdown situation.

I don't see how there can be a vaccine by Autumn when it was said last night there was very little progress on that front.

Looking at Greece a country apparently that's has all it's services massacred by EU central bank a favoured geographic route of people fleeing warn torn countries. 11 million people and 151 COVID Deaths. You would be forgiven its remote island as well. They deserve much credit in how they have handled this virus.

They have a governing class who A/ have a clue about organisation, and B/ give a toss about human life. We have a governing class who are clueless and care-less.
