No Idea to be honest. I had a conference call with my directors yesterday and they we extremely downbeat on it all now. The NHS have led them in multiple paths and it's becoming a joke.
Here is your answer.. The Government have used the powers of the COVID19 bill to fast track processes NHS England. And some companies seem to have no issues at all getting on the NHS gravy train. More pertinent question would be, why do some companies have no problem at all, my guess its not the free market...
