Really, Covid is a hybrid virus of SARS, a virus found on a bat in 2017 in China and HIV.

It is a manufactured virus, so say numerous geneticists and virologists that have studied the sequence of the genome, this virus has spread faster and wider than any of the other members of the coronavirus family we have seen up till now, and that is because it's been engineered to do so.

In Wuhan is China's most advanced facility for studying and developing viruses and pathogens, lots of published scientific papers on the net from the Wuhan institute showing what they were doing with Coronavirus, experiments, studying how they transmit to humans.

I don't just pluck crap out of thin air and form an opinion, I'm reading and listening to very clever people on the subject.

Manufactured virus by China, the only question is was it's leak sinister, and there is a lot saying it was.

The world is going to basically sue the ass off China for this, lawsuits already being discussed and filed by several countries amounting to trillions.

All the flipping research labs in the world study dangerous viruses including manipulating them to learn about mutations.

I‘m not going to derail this thread anymore with this argument. I suggest you consider doing the same unless you have links to reputable sources to back your theory.

Have all the people dying been ill for nearly a month and then died - or are new deaths coming about post-lockdown measures?!

We saw that in the Wuhan data and the death rate appeared to be a lagging indicator. (Other, more sinister explanations were possible.) However, at this point not many people believe the official numbers that were coming out of Wuhan.

I still wouldn't worry unless the numbers remain elevated into the middle of next week.

You mean the administration lead by the man that started the birther movement, said thousands of Muslims celebrated in the street after 9/11 and that has been of late desperately trying to blame the chaos in the US on anybody and everybody has picked up and run with a conspiracy theory his base is already spouting?

CNN isnt reporting that there is evidence the virus is man made. They are simple reporting what they have been told by the administration. They also report every time the administration says the are working on an infrastructure plan

When presented with evidence not suppositions, I will listen.

I'm not disagreeing with you at all (as the rest of my post should make pretty clear). My point there is simply that the story has moved from the lunatic fringe into mainstream media because the administration is actively pursuing the theory via the intelligence apparatus. The notion that the virus was deliberately released is insane, and the notion that it was accidentally released requires a lot of corroboration that we do not, in fact, have.

I don't give a [Poor language removed] what people think about Piers Morgan but the man deserves recognition for him speaking up for the public during the coronavirus pandemic and the government's incompetence.

What's in it for them to be blowing up their own economy or be making viruses they have no vaccine for?

Is NI outbreak predominantly in care homes who tend to have more female residents?

Just fascinated by the marked sex differentials across various countries.

This virus originated from Wuhan Virology institute, there are two scenarios, it was released by accident as a breach of containment measures, or it was released by the Chinese government on purpose to test how they could contain it and it got out of hand.

These are reports now leaking out of intelligence agencies in the US.

You have to look at how low China's cases and deaths are to start to wonder were they better prepared and do they know how to combat it?

There are lot of data in the US regarding males being less likely to to seek medical attention in general so does make me wonder if the numbers are higher for females for confirmed cases due to males not getting themselves tested at the same rate as females at least until they get very ill.
