I'm gonna do this once a year with @Joey66 when he's gone, suspect the posts will make more sense when I just slap his skeleton at the keyboard.

When he pops his clogs he`s already left a blueprint with his missus to turn himself into Robojoey, using salvaged Dyson parts.

The top half will be @Joey66 and the bottom half will be made up of the motor and body of an old Dyson on wheels, kind of like a Dalek, but without the death ray gun.

Unfortunately his range of travel will be quite limited, as he`ll have to be plugged into the mains.

The best they can hope for is that he`ll be able to travel as far as an extension lead will allow him.

For those who have read The Throwback by Tom Sharpe, you will know the exact image that has just come to me reading that!

"100,000 tests per day" by end of April - Hancock.

Where are they up to on attaining that figure right now?

Give him time, he's got 16 days to really really ramp up from 14 000 per day today to 100 000 per day. On the other hand they've never met an announcement they've promised - starter homes spring to mind - so why change a habit since 2010.

No likey likey being questioned on like for like deaths. Been caught fudging the figures for political gain...

Think its more to do with focusing the deal on the NHS. The medical bloke said as much.

Lets face it, folk can argue the toss about who counted what and who locked down when. But the mantra for weeks has been to protect the NHS. So far, it seems, its worked.

If they wanted to do it properly and honestly they would have made it clear from the onset that like for like deaths was pointless because of caveats, as usual they have to be asked to tell the truth after days of public pressure across media outlets. Caught playing politics with deaths, callous.

This is becoming worse than nightmare, those who are "recovering" are testing positive again after weeks without becoming sick again, those who are testing positive without any symptoms are testing positive well over 30 days after they first tested positive.

This explains why in Italy 35 days after lock-down thousands of new daily infections and hundreds are still dying.

I read somewhere a while back that the virus can become dormant and you'll get a negative result but the virus can reactivate and you'll test positive again. So you were never really rid of the virus in the first place.
Edit: not the original article I saw but reports the same thing. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.al...e-coronavirus-reactivate-200412062905537.html
