Aye. I assume the camp sites and caravan parks are shut anyrate, hotels as well. So I hope folk just stay home, and enjoy the weather in their own garden with a BBQ for their family.

Folk in flats mind, must be tempting to pop to a park, or a river bank. Or a beach. Hard to not sympathise.
Really feel for families in flats, hope this doesn't have to continue in the summer... Imagine those really hot days we had last year ... Yikes

We've got a UK holiday booked for August and that honestly seems a million miles away for us right now.
Is it true that if you have paid any money on something ( like a holiday ) on a credit card if the company goes tits up your money is covered by the bank ?
I may make a payment on it if true as we can't afford to lose what we've paid already.

Even with a balcony, it must be pretty crap. Lob in a few kids, concerns over money, I would go stir crazy.

Yes, but it depends on when you made the booking (NatWest texted its customers last week to said anything booked after March 18th would not be covered by travel insurance provisions on its accounts).

We booked last year.
Only use debit card to pay it off monthly though, so may make a credit payment.

Ta for advice, and soz to go a bit off topic.

We were supposed to go to France early August. I’ve written that off tbh.....

The BCG is no longer offered to children in secondary schools in the UK. It was replaced in 2005 with a targeted programme for babies, children and young adults at higher risk of TB. This is because TB rates in this country are low in the general population.

It only lasts for so long anyway. All of the over 60’s who have died from Covid19, and that‘s the majority of deaths, will have had the TB injection.....

Its come at a bad time has Easter.

I dont think there will the usual massive migration to Devon and Cornwall, that will paralysis the M5 above me, but that said, I think its naive to think there wont be more folk out and about.

Mad thing is, billions of folk have been off work for weeks anyrate.
JC was not impressed first time around either lol
