Can you imagine if he facnies a challenge here, gets in touch and talks go well, the football world is in shock at former Champions League winner Mourinho managing Everton, the deal is agreed and he's off the plane on his way to Goodison to unvealed as our new boss.

Then Fox comes on here and says deals off cause kenwrong tried to knock £5,000 a week of his £65,000 a week wages and Jose told him to get stuffed.

Dont even joke about such a thing.

I wouldnt last in Prison.

I would argue that the reason is a lack of options in the squad.

If you have another striker or a pacey winger on the bench then you have the personnel for a Plan B. If you don't, you don't.

None of us are experts and everyone thinks they are right. However it seems to be generally said that Moyes is one of the most tactically astute managers around.

Missed this sorry.

It's true our squad depth isn't fantastic but I still think he could make better use of what he has on occasion. Things like dropping Fellaini deeper if it's clear he's being marked out of the game and is ineffective would be one, and do it after half an hour, not with 10 minutes to go. If Plan A isn't working, you don't necessarily need a substitution for Plan B.

The praise of Moyes from the media is regarding his transfer nous primarily and that asset of his is so overpoweringly brilliant that it sort of disguises his match day capabilities, but all his talents balance out to create an above average manager; but I think he's overrated in certain aspects.

For me Moyes decision to hold off on his contract until the summer takes the p*ss. No man is bigger than the club. I'd happily support the club in sacking him on the spot now. If he at least signed the contract we'd get compensation for him later. The failure to sign someone in the January window was down to Moyes.

I was indifferent in his first 9 years at the club. Jan 2012 and the football in the last 12 months has been brilliant at times. But this contract move is one straw to many. Has anyone actually got to an understanding of why he's taking this stance? Other than being a money-grabbing tw*t? "I'll wait and see how the results go etc"....

Is right, Dell.

If he was a money grabber he would have already signed his contract.

Mourinho becomes first manager to fail a medical and kenwright pulled the plug because he couldn't renegotiate on how to structure jose's payments
