and an argument runs to the "KOPITE" stage in record time!

take a bow son take a bow!

"The only time my view on that changes is when we draw Liverpool ahead of a replay to get through to the next round - I'd rather lose the replay than play Liverpool at Wembley whilst Moyes is manager."

Spoken like a true fan.

LADS PLEASE CAN EVERYONE CALM DOWN. NO FINGER POINTING HERE JUST WANT EVERYONE TO SWERVE THE SNIDEYNESS BEFORE SNIDERMAN COMES IN AND RUINS YOU ALL.

SOUND.

Kenwright should stop being so pally with Moyes and just tell him that he is his employer and he pays him 65k a week, if he doesn't want to sign the contract just say now so we can start to look for replacements. Despite the shoestring budget there are plenty of managers that would love to work with players of Fellaini and Baines' quality.

Yeah but Felli won't be here next season mate.

Ah,the annual Moyes is leaving thread.
Cry wolf often enough and it will happen. This will then be followed by a barrage of "I told you so" posts.
Hmm ! I'll leave all the speculation to the itk merchants, and wait and see.

I personally dont think Moyes will leave, why would u leave a job where u know ur in control of everything to go to a club where the owner demands instant success (chelsea) i dont believe he will get time at either chelsea or city, so why go elsewhere? i think like players, managers are suited to clubs and its my opinion moyes wouldnt suit somewhere with money.

if he does go, he will find the same out as pienaar did, rodwell and lescott are both finding out now that the grass aint always greener!

So someone who has no involvement in football says that 2 long serving Premier League managers are completely tactically inept. Despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary from anyone involved in the game. Ok mate, if you like.

Why not just say, 'i dont like Moyes subs very much'. Because this is your sum total of understanding of tactics at Premier League level, be honest.

By that logic, you're in no position to have an opinion on anything involving Everton ever, because you've never played for Everton.

See how stupid that is?

And what "overwhelming evidence"? Care to point out this utter shedload of "Harry Redknapp is a tactical genius" anecdotal evidence for me please?

Agreed.

Armchair experts are the best.

But if we are relying on armchair experts for our opinions I'll go for Michael Cox over Tubey.

And Cox reckons Moyes spends more time specifically working on tactics, specifically defensive shapes, than just about any manager out there.

Hahahaha and what, pray tell, has Michael Cox done in his life to lend credibility?!

He's a journalist, and has as much right to comment on tactical ability as you or me!!!

Backwards logic all over the shop here.

Oh I see he writes for a website. Well, so do I. I guess that's 1-1 then on the credibility stakes.

Jesus wept...

Tubey, why aren't you a Premier League manager then?

Because I'm not an ex-player, I wouldn't command the respect of a dressing room, I lack the motivational ability to manage player egos and I have no intimate knowledge of the insider aspects of the modern game.

None of that relates to in-game tactical expertise. You can be a top drawer manager but still be tactically lacking, which definitely applies to Redknapp and Moyes.
