Pray for utter bells who think a club as big as our can't survive without a long ball merchant miserable kite manager who's claim to fame is getting the biggest job in football without a pot to his name.

Now that's not cool is it mate!

Really hope your right, sadly your prob not! Ill pray for you though.

PLAYERS DO, LOOK AT THE ONES WE'VE GOT.

THEN WE CAN STOP THIS PRAY FOR EVERTON AS IF WE'RE SOME NO MARK CLUB THAT CANT SURVIVE WITHOUT A FELLA THAN CANT WIN TROPHIES AND HAS US FINISHING JUST ABOVE MID-TABLE

Your massively naieve mate and I suspect you know little else but the Moyes years, he is a superb manager, whatever angst assessment or arguement that was their in terms if his ability, has been blown out of the water in the sense that he was head hunted 24 hours, by one of the most successfull clubs in the world on the recommendation of the most successfull ever domestic manager! But hey I guess your opinion in worthwhile in comparrison.

The pray for Everton bit - isn't about just Moyes leaving, it's Moyes leaving and the club being fundamentally, financialy and structurally in the same positition it was in the bad old days and he'll they were bad.

So yes I pray for Everton, you hope for the best, lets pray your less wrong then on your assessment of Moyes managerial credentials.

Meh. Cheers Moyes, its been ok. Nowt special.

People may argue, but just check inside the front page of our program, see how good he really has done.

He gave us some stability, and gave us a few good players along the way. He should be thanked for that.

I wont go over-board on how good he was, or even how bad I think he was (at times). He was steady, decent, and did well at times, in tricky situations.

That's what he will be remembered for. By me and many Blues that I have read stuff from.

BUT, non of that should ever be labelled as 'Success' and should NOT be ranked amongst our true greats. That's just an insult to our Club.

He does not deserve any ridiculous over the top goodbye, or any form of remembrance, imo. Just a polite clap, and then we move on.

Then we party when Megson walks onto the pitch.....with fireworks, and a big band.

ive had 2 utd fans turn into kopites! as in they wont listen to moyes's weak points!! their answer was............

"he must be ****e mate thats why utd want him" i only pointed out facts!

agree with most of this, did a job he was very well paid to do

could be argued that he had success (relatively) I suppose, else as bad as our board can be, even they wouldn't have employed him for 11 years

he's given us a great platform for our new manager to work from, which is great

we need to move up to the next level now though, it wasn't gonna happen with Moyesie

Great shout lid, apart from the end bit like.

£33m contract, over 6 years..
Wow... Just wow..

What would it have been if they would of had to pay EFC compensation....
I love Moyes BUT i have no doubt he has managed to get himself into a postion for any new club to be able to pay him maximum wages as the result of NOT having to pay any compo

Now if that would of been a player would we all be saying " thanks for the 11 years...."

Lets NOT forget EFC paid him well ( 13th highest paid manager in the WORLD ) to be loyal

Just saying like...COYB

Yesterday I was one angry b*****d. I was angry because the board and Moyes put United in a position to sh!t on Everton FC. And boy did they sh!t. Today I have woken up deflated. Like I've been wheeled back 15 years. No direction from the club. No respect for the fans. They have made us feel like a small time club. And anyone on here over the age of 30 knows we are far from small time and we deserve better. Having Moyes manage us at the weekend is sickening. Thanks Bill now go [Poor language removed] yourself.

Would have been better if he'd been sacked after the wigan defeat, good luck getting the Man U job then, he's laughing his ass off, he'll turn up at Goodison 5 mins before kick off after partying for 48 hrs in bars, clubs and strip joints and he'll drunkenly breathe all over Bainsey
"listen, shhhh!!!, listen, (exagerrated wink),
listen, (Furtively looks around - everyone in the dressing room staring open mouthed at the spectacle),
Moyes leans in "Bainsey, Shh!!, me and you eh?, (winks again)
Baines is like wtf?
Moyes spins around dramatically, almost falls over, crashes into steve round, steadies himself...
"you guys, you ****ing guys, hahahaha"
"I'm rich, I'm ****ING RICH YEEEEHAAAAA"
buzzer sounds for kick off, moyes burps and composes himself.
"good game boys good game, what the hell, two up top!"
Falls into the laundry skip

I love Moyes but I do hope he fails at Man u, how bitter am I:( Then I think how can this fella fail as he is the real deal.
