Longest I've stayed alive is 22 minutes, shortest is 9seconds ffs haha
140+ hours into The Witcher 3 and I've still not got to Skellige yet. Is that normal or am I just being massively OCD about going everywhere?

Sadly I now have destiny again.
Other half bought me 2 copies thinking they were different and fifa 16 as games to play. So as a compromise to her being thoughtful I returned the grainger bought ones and put the difference to the whole collection.
The game is more padded out now that it was when I gave up which is a tad bit confusing. There are some gripes though.
1. It gave me an instant boost to level 40. Fantastic, not sure what benefit I have as I still have no abilities unlocked.
2. The fact I have to turn all the story missions in now is a pain in the arse. I just want to do them.
3. The game gave me a iron gjallerhorn for free. Downloaded it, and apparently I can't get it without doing a quest accessible for everyone anyway?
Don't plan on doing raids on it much tbh, just playing for fun, get some exotic stuff and play multiplayer on it mainly. But should be enough story content to keep me going with it for a while

No still in alpha, not far off though I'd imagine it's nearly complete I think.
Did you hate it by any chance?
I've probably taken it a bit far (and possibly fallen asleep with it running), but the game has so much content that to rush the main story would be such a shame.
Haven't even started on the expansions yet.

I have Empire, not one of my favourite Total War series but I only have Empire and Rome 2. I have played a few of the others in the past but not my favourite genre so I don't play as much as I should.

The most recent one, Blood and Wine, actually won RPG of the year. Must be a first for an expansion/DLC.

I love the Total War games and Civilization series as well. Empire is my favourite for the naval battles, I've been watching Horatio Hornblower and that got me in the mood for some broadside action.
When you play with Spain your king is King Charles the 2nd who was the last of the Spanish Habsburg line and basically suffered from multiple genetic problems from inbreeding. So you start off with him in charge and you get diplomatic penalties because nobody wants to deal with your imbecile of a king. He literally gets a "freak of nature" trait.
I think I'm going to start a game as the Indian Maratha Confederacy as I have never done that and try to take over the entire world. That should take my mind off of pre-derby anxieties.
