It happened in 2012 thanks to one of those super hurricanes they foolishly predicted which was stronger than normal because of warming oceans caused by carbon released in to the atmosphere by burning fossil fuels from reserves which have vastly exceeded expectations due to developments like fracking.

It's not about getting chilly though so what would the jumpers do? They've built a miniature village, they have a stage, the diesel power isn't for radiators...
