Please take this as the perspective of a random bloke on the internet, but the article you site has this as the first paragraph:

China is using a recent visit by an Arab League delegation to Xinjiang to highlight what it says is support of its policies in the region. Experts, however, say the praise that Beijing has reportedly received from diplomats and officials who took part in the trip is nothing more than "Chinese propaganda" and an attempt to whitewash human rights violations there.

I'd suggest HK's previous point that the Chinese state would be very freaking stupid to allow outsiders see bad stuff might be apposite here, like?

Just a thought.
It's a huge region,I'm sure if someone had anti Chinese sentiments and the Arab League spent a year there and saw nine tenths of it they'd say all the human rights abuses were happening in the tenth they didn't see. Think we've seen in the last few days in France that Muslim minorities get a raw deal worldwide. Just how bad it is doubtful we will ever get an unbiased opinion.

I am confident France isn't operating a network of reducation camps.

The question is are China? They say no,the Arab League agrees, the US ( which basically means the West) says they are. Like everything in modern politics it depends on who as an individual you believe. The recent discussions on AI and it's ability to generate fake video etc makes it even more difficult to come to an informed conclusion.

Yeah, France certainly doesn't have a good record.

But you're wriggling there buddy. We see you 👀

I doesn't mean a lot to me I'm just as most here,an interested bye stander. My interest is more based in trying to find out what is propaganda and what is believable. I watched a very interesting program on a French news channel where a US diplomat stated that the Chinese claims to Taiwan were just something that the US has had to agree to disagree on for over 70 years. Yet suddenly it's become a threat to world peace...what to believe?

Well yeah, the US is definitely going to start paying more attention once China started growing economically and militarily.

Break their lineage, break their roots, break their connections, and break their origins. Completely shovel up the roots of “two-faced people,” dig them out, and vow to fight these two-faced people until the end.

Lol. Seen you do this before. If anyone tells you of personal experience that is contrary to your argument you suggest they’re a liar without evidence. Don’t post on here if you think everyone is just making stuff up.
Never called anyone a liar, just quote a post where I have. I think it's up to the mods where I post.😉

The Arab league there, with leading members such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, UAE & Iraq.

I don’t know about all of you, but when I think of nations who champion human rights, these immediately spring to mind!
I'd imagine they went there in support of their brother Muslims. Nobody can argue that the Saudi's have an abysmal human right record. Their bombing of Yemeni woman and children using American supplied arms is particularly horrific.
