Still angry about this.

We often get terrible decisions at Stamford Bridge late on in the game.

Anyone remember James Vaughan scoring in the dying minutes in the final game of the 2007 season to win us the game, only for it to be wrongly called offside? Them two points were the difference in Spurs finishing 5th and us 6th.

Then we had another Terry goal against us in the dying minutes in 2014, that was due to a free kick that never should have been given.

The game is rigged. I'm totally convinced.
There is definite top 4 bias by Ref's, we've seen it for years.

How many games can we keep throwing away by not being able to hold on to a lead with minutes/seconds left? It doesn't matter whether it was 7 or 8 mins injury time, offside or not, we should be good enough to see out a game.
Our best team for years and we're mid-table, how can we possibly hope to keep hold of our better players if we finish 11th?
I would take boring 1-0 wins any day over the football we're playing at the moment. Results matter not style

Yes, I hate to say it because i love what Martinez has done for our playing style, but for the rest of this season i think we need to grind out some results, finish as high as possible, and hopefully hold on to what is in essence a very talented squad.

I actually agree. The officiating in this country is now so poor compared to other countries and it isn't a coincidence why so many decisions go in favour of the rich clubs.

I genuinely have never hated a person more than Terry. Horrible character. Martinez needs to lay into the officials today.

Not shifting the blame, we just can't close out games. But that today is a disgrace.

Why have a go at Terry, it's the fault of the officials not him. I don't understand the hatred for Terry either, he was a rock in the England defence.

Not for the goal yesterday, he's just a horrible, horrible character in general. Adds insult to injury that it was him who scored, is all.

On a completely random note about yesterday's game, I really really hate our away kit.

The arms look effing stupid.

GREEN KIT FTW

If not for the arms I reckon it'd be one of the best away strips we've had.

Shame, really.

We always do well in the green one as well - reckon we should wear it against Citeh in the cup

Anybody see the clip(sorry dont know how to upload it) where Costa was off the pitch dying, then miraculously was able to roll back onto the pitch and act like he was dying again? should be charged with bringing the game into disrepute.

At least I had the opportunity to go absolutely mental 3 times yesterday. Gutted leaving the ground. Can't stand modern football. We have something Chelsea don't have and they don't even know what it is. Love Everton

No matter how much you don't want to believe that there is,and has never been cheating by officials in our football , it's so blatantly there !! How else do you explain the dozens of Match Changing decisions that have gone against us in matches against the darlings across the park for example, over many many years??? Coincidence??? Not one kopite I have spoken to about this, can name a single incident that's gone against them in derbies(baring the Suarez disallowed goal recently),and yet in a blink of an eye I can name at least ten major decisions that have gone in their favour, weird is it?, but probably coincidence :)!
Remember bro, there is no such thing as coincidence. I reckon corruption....Yep, that's what it is!!

Woke up this morning still fuming. Tried staying busy all day by building a rotunda. Still fuming.

I couldnt find the quote but i read in this thread earlier people commending the performance? We had a 2 goal lead and pretty much cowered with our tails between our legs. The crowd were dead quiet and we were ontop dominating. Then just dropped off completely and let them do what they pleased.

The first goal was on Howard for the most part but Jags is well past his best as well and it showed last night. Lacking match fitness or not. The second goal was a deflection but you could tell it was coming. We didnt pressure at all and just let them camp in our half. Was always gonna happen in my opinion with the way we were defending. Deflection or not.

That was one of Barkleys worst games for me aside from a few turns and runs. Any good he did he basically undid straight away with bad passing or bad touches. At 2-0 up i would have dragged him for Gibson and shored up the midfield. Backseat driving i guess.

Was it me or did anyone see the 7 mins announced and straight away you had sense we were in trouble?

It honestly felt like the ref was just happy to keep playing until they inevitabley had a chance. It honestly felt like an eternity sitting there with my hands up yelling at my tv that time was up.

Spoke to one of my Chelsea mates today who reckons it was a line ball offside. We arent friends anymore because i raged killed him. When i really think about it, we escaped with a point last week at City after that penalty decision in the final minutes. In my opinion definite pen conceded by Stones.

Anyway back to my weekend of fume.
There lies the rub. Penalty or not=opinion. 0ffside or not=fact .
