Livid.. livid... livid.... 8 and a half minutes.... it should have been five... maybe six... but they say 7.. sure.. they want Chelsea to have as much time as possible.. then the ref keeps it going until they score after 8 and a half minutes.... and of course the actual goal is clearly offside on replay...

Also I wish they had just amputated Costa's leg when they took him off the field.

(yes there were other problems.. giving up two quick goals... but idiot ref decisions shouldn't allow a team to play until they tie it up....)

The officials will just move on, no questions asked. Everything will move on and we will still be unable to win a football match.

Easy to blame the ref and everything else when the pitiful truth is staring you in the face, we are just shocking at defending or holding onto the ball when in the lead or parity going into the last minutes of a game.

The stats back it up, they were shown on BBC 2 recently, we have thrown away tons of points through this.

Martinez recently said enough was enough. Clearly enough isn't enough for him.

Rage rage rage.......fuming here.

We been robbed today....we know it, the ref knows it and on monday my liverpool loving boss will know it. Just try not let it ruin your weekends lads....its only happens but once a week. [Poor language removed] the f.a.....[Poor language removed] the ref....[Poor language removed] the team....[Poor language removed] martinez ( fans of the 2live crew will attest) im off out ...i suggest you do the same !!!!

The reason it went to 98 minutes was down to us. Officials wrongly gave it but if it doesn't go to 98 then they don't score.
It doesn't matter if there had been 90mins extra time. You need to score an onside goal according to the rules.
We scored 3
They scored 2

Something has to change. Don't know what that is but folks focusing on the outrageous cheat of a goal are missing that we were 2-0 up and 3-2 up and couldn't see out the win. Terry still needs to get the ball in the net and with all three goals, our defense is too giving.

Mate, it was 2 minutes of madness.

A cock up from Jags allows Costa in, and then a really really lucky deflection for their equaliser. We scored three class goals and totally outplayed them.

That result is as much down to dreadful officiating and the stubbornness to not bring video tech into the game than our - on this occasion - torrid luck.

I genuinely have never hated a person more than Terry. Horrible character. Martinez needs to lay into the officials today.

Not shifting the blame, we just can't close out games. But that today is a disgrace.

I'm all over the place with this whole result.

I felt we'd lose today. Then we should have defo won. The 98 is a joke, the offside is an absolute joke but we need to be able to see things about a million times better.

We defended the seven minutes fine. In fact, we defended the eight minutes fine because we held our line and played Terry offside. Couldn't have done anymore. We were poor in that ten minute period after Tim Howard did his usual, but apart from that showed good spirit to get back in front. And then what happened, happened.

But our league season is over, and I severely doubt our bottle in a cup semi at City.

It was offside
