Totally agree. Under Moyes, are best seasons we didn't lose many, but we drew too much which really hampered progress into a CL spot (15 draws in 12-13 was criminal considering only lost 7 times). This season I can see us winning 20-22 games, losing about 12 and only drawing about 5, which gives roughly 65-70 points as a target. Spurs over the last few seasons have lost a similar number of games as us but didn't draw many.

Below is our 10 best seasons in the PL against our current tally. I reckon we will get into Europe this year, but I think it'll be fine margins between a CL spot and an EL spot. As you said, draws could be a teams downfall in this season.
