I did some researching. Reid was from Huyton. I found this image of a building from the 80s that seem to match. Maybe?

9 minutes 40 seconds lad in the tie is franny Kelly..tragically murdered in punch and Judy pub 1998..great friend and fanatical evertonian..his daughters were toffee ladies..he was well involved in the supporters club
