He was not my choice, however we can't keep sacking our manager's after 4 months....what happens if the next manager has a bad run sack him too...

Allardyce needs to be given till the end of the season, then if the results have not been good enough sack him....if he can manage to pull it round then let him play out his contract & see how he goes next season...

Knee jerk decisions are not helpful & will only continue to hurt this great club....

2 wins in the last 12 matches with non stop negativity, very few shots and a couple of proper drubbings to boot is already way past nowhere near good enough no matter what happens in the last 9 matches. It wouldn't be knee jerk to get rid of him and bring in someone better, it would be completely sensible and the only way forward for not hurting this great Club.

Allardyce speaking today wants long term appointment...
Certainly got an uphill job with the fans, he needs a win badly then a good run in until the end of the season....

He also needs to be more positive playing at home & away....
More ambitious with his thoughts as this is the biggest club he has ever managed...
Finally Everton do need stability & rebuilding will Allardyce be the man to do this....we will soon see in the next few games....
Unfortunately we have seen if stability and rebuilding would happen. Needs to go. He never had the support and never will.

Diplomacy is unfashionable in the world of knee jerk reactions...

Not a chance of him leaving our club with even the tiniest bit of credibility. Surely he will be sacked, sooner rather than later, and never be employed as a manager again.

He has been talking to the media about looking to get his contract extended the fella has got some brass balls
he knows the majority of the fans want him gone this is the same old sh!t West Ham went through with him in charge the fans were sick to death of his brand of football but he just sat there and laughed at them and gloated if the team got a result
its no way to run a club just get shut of him

Allardyce's appointment was a knee jerk reaction and should never have happened in the first place. He needs to go regardless of how the season plays out.
He was an unpopular figure prior to his appointment and the boring, negative football he has served up since taking over, together with his arrogance and disregard for the fans has managed to turn the vast majority of fans against him - can't honestly see any way back for him at all.

Agree that we shouldn't be changing our manager every four months which is why the next appointment has to be right, but under absolutely no circumstances should Allardyce be standing pitchside at Goodison next season.

Why not, it would mean Everton are winning, nothing else matters to me.

Well yes, that would be great of course but the question isn’t ‘would it be good if Everton won some matches’ but whether he can turn it round and win back the fans and I think that ship sailed a VERY long time ago. I can’t think of a more disillusioning time to be a Blue, including the 90s.
