If memory serves me right, Cahill has only been sent off for us once before - against City on his debut for a second booking celebtrating his goal! He was sent off in a Derby game at Goodison a few seasons ago.
As for the ballboy incident We could hear the thud of the lad as he was shoved back into the advertising hoarding behind him.
