Burnley Case

Still got on the pitch; still invited by the club...
He’s PL CEO so he can go to any game he wants and does not need to be invited and that will be a contractual obligation for all clubs.

However, we missed a chance to send a clear and unequivocal message to him on the day.

The club should have said that after witnessing the scenes on Goodison Road they could not guarantee his safety(remember headlock gate security briefing) and either escort him to his car or lock him in a cupboard next to the toilets in the main stand until the match was over.

Using ground safety regulations and H&S at work as the reasoning we could have made him really suffer.

I think Masters has already got the message loud and clear from us which is why we get stiffed at every possible opportunity from refs, VAR and apparently in the courtrooms too and we will continue to until he’s no longer in post.

I’ve no longer got the will or energy to complain about our treatment from the Premier League because there’s absolutely nothing we can do about it until the powers that be are changed. We 100% have a target on our backs, have done since we called out the scab 6 for the Super League debacle.

That’s about as serious as Everton can take it when it comes to appointing legal counsel, both UK and globally. And it’s often smarter using the biggest stick in your appeal

Magic Circle law firm them. Top of the pile. Definitely pulling no punches bringing them in. Going for the jugular.

I thought we were already with them? Sure I saw their name mentioned as being on Everton's side when Burnley won.

Heard all this about that Super Silk idiot who was as much use as Dwight McNeil’s right leg.
These our way out of super silks league mate. You cannot even become a client without being in the know. They are the elite of the elite. This is all TFG this.

^ Actually, I think this is with regards to appeal, but I knew I'd seen them in that doc.

I think we used Pinsent Masons and once we knew we were beat, we've brought Slaughter and May in.

So it's not new news as the X post/article suggests.

Everton have also worked with Slaughter and May in the past.
Yeah I'm pretty sure I saw Pinsent Masons mentioned in an article I read about the case
