Good hopefully they wont be idiots. Is the argument you mentioned kind of innocent until proven guilty, We had done nothing wrong until after the accounts were submitted and found a breach. I'm not sure i fully understand the argument, are we calming that if we sold a player on say the 25th of June we would have been compliment, But we didn't do that and were found guilty.

In the latest judgement Everton said they could have sold a player before June 30th but the prices were wholly undervalued so didn’t bother and they did not believe they had breached so saw no reason to do so.
Everton also used a previous legal case to support the point which was dismissed.
 
What I don’t get, and I may have gotten this wrong, is that within the report at the first hearing the Panel acknowledged Everton didn’t gain any sporting advantage- therefore how have they then arrived at this?

They said we did get a sporting advantage but how much of a sporting advantage cant be quantified.
