I've seen people as always saying we have a great chance to win the appeal. If for example we use something in the appeal that we never used in the 1st place. Basically the same routine IE use something in appeal not used in original case in each case we have had. What people come up with to be used or act like it could win us the appeal, is never used anyway

Why are any Evertonians defending this utter b******s. We have been completely s***t on and p****d all over by this feckin corrupt PL for years. Does anyone seriously think this is fair? If you do, your so thick you dont deserve to be an Evertonian. I absolutely love our football club...we can be utter crap (most of the time) but we pull through awful periods all the time, mostly intact and sometimes the better for it (LEGALLY escaping relegation after those b******s docked us points, twice!) And through all of the mayhem, as a fan base we generally stick together and unite.

To those who think Burnley FC and their fan base of cock wombles are justified in their claims.....have you forgotten the punishments we have already endured?...points taken away, balancing the books?...oh and we couldn't buy any players of any quality for a massive amount of time untill we balanced the books....and we still survived multiple relegations. Is that what people are calling 'Everton gaining an unfair advantage" FFS. Burnley were crap, always have been and always will and they we're relegated because of that fact, nothing else.

I hope Burnely's ground burns down to the ground (while its empty of course), and cnut Masters gets mauled to death by a rabid pit bull.

We are punishable because we didn’t win a thing.
The unraveling of stripping decades of trophies, astrix next to everything Chelsea, and city won, players of runners up seeking compensation for win bonuses robbed of them. It would be hell on earth.
Makes me feel sick in the stomach for where the sport and the country as whole is now. litterally given up on trying to look like being the good guys, being fair. Corruption everywhere.

This latest tribunal isn't specifically about the point deduction per say. Everton already admitted guilt and accepted the final punishment for that. This is a Burnley lawsuit saying that our breach is why they were relegated in 21/22 and it would have been us that got relegated if we hadn't cheated. The panel used all kinds of dodgy stats and probability equations to try and prove it so. Some of those were absolutely ridiculous and cherry picked to try and get it over the line.

Everton have already clearly demonstrated in their evidence that it had nothing to do with it whatsoever and will win the appeal comfortably imo.

The biggest issue now is that they have been ordered to pay Burnley now before the appeal is completed and Everton know they will never get the money back if they win the appeal due to Burnley's massive debt problems.

We are basically been ordered to bail them out of their current financial problems.

Ive not seen anything about scheduling of the award or what happens in the event of an appeal. I think we asked for an escrow but it was rejected as the panel said Burnley weren't in danger of insolvency and the risk was low because of creditor rules.

But, it seems like they dismiss every concern and argument we have.
