Do you think we've been treated the same as Chelsea, city, and even forest? The interest we tried to claim for was working capital which we then tried to say it was for the stadium.
So if we win the appeal and Burnley have spunked it away refinancing debt or something like that what then?Everton suggested an Escrow account for the money to be put in because of Burnley’s huge debt problems and were refused that as well. It was just like kangaroo hearing. Worst thing is when Burnley were relegated, they sold a load of players at higher prices and made about 83 million and we are now being ordered to give them 26 million and 9 million interest for the harm we did to them because of that relegation.
Couldn't make it up.

Hopefully can add interest on that aswell if we win the caseSo if we win the appeal and Burnley have spunked it away refinancing debt or something like that what then?
So no then? No, we have all commited different rule breaking.
With City still prolonging the judgement and fighting the case. They broke the rules but let's see if anything happens to them or have they bought themselves out of it.
Forest got a points deduction. Less than ours for a larger breach

Everton already know there is zero chance of getting it back with Burnley's massive debts. I would suspect there is something going on behind the scenes to resolve that. No business would throw away 35 million quid they will never get back.So if we win the appeal and Burnley have spunked it away refinancing debt or something like that what then?
So no then?
You keep saying that, it was all agreed.Forest admitted the PSR breach, we denied it and then admitted guilt at the pre-hearing.
We didn't act the same way.
We were not innocent at all. If anything we got away with a bigger breach by having the most signed off losses due to COVID in the Premier League.
All very interesting but what has this got to do with question that I asked @Swartzy?Court - Hearings - Tribunals- all follow law & any presidents set out in previous cases in any walk of life - been there wore the T shirt 8 year long case met Qcs Barristers etc along the way ....
The same principles apply in all cases
We occupy Burnley and impose punitive taxes. So if we win the appeal and Burnley have spunked it away refinancing debt or something like that what then?
43 grand a week for 4 years plucked from the back of their ass (plus the 26 million) for causing the relegation of a club 6 weeks before they had officially breached the rules.9 million pound interest
More back of a fag packet calculations.
You keep saying that, it was all agreed.
