Burnley Case

They actually made a very good point in that statement. Clubs can be massively over the allowed PSR at any point throughout a season potentially skewing results, with them only being compliant at the very last moment through unexpected, or at the very least, unconventional payments recieved.

Do they have to monitor the PSR position or all clubs in real time for it to be an effective tool with many loop holes closed?

Thing is...i still think we're the whipping boys for whatever regulations they want to feel is adequate.

I 100% know it isnt going to be overturned at appeal. Then you'd expect an outbreak of clubs clamouring to sue Forest, Chelsea, and City....

But there wont be. They'll make up some reason why or have better lawyers to defend it and our case will be closed to the history books just like the PSR one was.

Oh well, i'll console myself with the fact that Burnley fans have to live in Burnley
Exactly.... they probably deserve some sort of compensation for the life that was dealt for them. Just imagine living in this sh****** and Sean Dyche regarded as one of your best ever managers.

Life really must be tough.

If this was Moshiri I would tend to agree, but those American boys love a good court case. I can’t see Dan and his band of merry men laying down here.
