Down to a poor physio team meaning injuries were a constant. Ideally you want 2. We can't keep them all happy if they're all fit.

I wouldnt comment on our physio/medical team but i cant remember an injury epidemic to be honest, they happen. Its not our job to keep them happy, its their job to prove they should be in the team, like i say all three contributed significantly in their own way over the last 18 months. Ive no problem with it to be honest. I think the days when we have to sell to balance the books or raise funds are hopefully behind us. If a good offer comes in all well and good and we want to sell, well and good. I have no prob with depth at full back.

Utd's season emploded this year because their full backs all got injured. Spurs implemented an interesting strategy this year they rotated their full backs almost weekly, running them into the ground every week then rotating the following, many think this underpinned their success.

Full back is a significant postition for us and in the modern game, especially as its how we tend to engage width. I think the days of just having a stable defending body there are long gone so i wouldnt be quick to dismiss vairence in styles of play or depth there. If anything i think we're short on the right and badly missed Coleman for spells last year.

He isn't good enough.

Anyone who goes the game and isn't silly enough to judge him solely on his winner at OT can see that.

I'd get shut.

We should be aspiring to better.

We need someone who will replace Baines in the coming years, to do that, he should be pushing him for competition - he's definitely not that.

Hasn't he lost his place in Costa Rica's team?

He comes across as a nice bloke. He might have scored at Old Trafford, he broke his leg... but is he a player who we can rely on to help us compete at the top?

I don't think he is.

He also unfollowed GrandOldTeam on Twitter after we ran a poll asking fans whether Everton should renew his contract lol

I wouldn't say changing an opinion over 4 years as shallow. I guess we were all shallow for wanting El Fraudo out.

Bit different considering Oviedo hasn't got any worse from when you liked him, other than becoming less popular on the forum, where as we were becoming a visibly crapper side under Martinez the longer we managed us

So yeah, you're shallow

Shallow Eric, that's your name now

I'm actively going to hound him out of the club with abusive tweets.

Before his injury, Bryan was regarded as a very useful player in the more advanced position.
Those months around the time he got the winner at OT showed promise. Then CROCK.

Since that time, we have acquired very useful players who can play in that role and so his role has been reduced.

I do not rate him anywhere in the back 4 though.
