Looking back on his first season he had 7 goals & 8 assists from just 33 games, he'd be our most productive player by a distance in this side.

Moyes consistently played him out of position when it was blatantly obvious he was not a winger.

there are about six or seven players about whom you could make that statement

That team he played in with Saha and Yak would finish top 5 this year, IMO. Even Jô on those clips- technically better than our current strikers. Note also: The atmosphere- when Goodison used to have one, hey?

Was a good player with a cracking shot but lacked pace.
Sadly Moyes played him out of position....as he did with too many attacking players. He would have had Lukaku running the lines for God’s sake.
