From about 33.40mins (it only lasts a minute or so) Garry O'Connor talks about his time at Locomotiv Moscow. He talks openly about what appears to be blood doping, albeit he is too stupid to realise what he is actually describing is exactly that.

Bilyaletdinov was a team mate of O'Connor at the time at lokomotiv. He struggled badly here after his arrival from Locomotiv. I find it very interesting.

I should add Bily has since denied any involvement. As I say I find it interesting.

He wouldn't have been so bad if he was doping. There was a special talent there, just not a great brain / commitment.

After he got back to Moscow he gave an interview in which he described playing in the English PL as like being in a washing machine, constant movement and no time to rest.

The flashbacks to those arguments are still with me
When my brother was hosting a charity event for Bristol City at that time, Moist was on his table. Having been well primed, my brother mentioned the rest of his family were Evertonians, and proceeded to ask Moist if he'd considered playing Billy behind the striker. He got the death stare and Moist hardly spoke to him for the rest of the event :D.

That's brilliant - he is literally too stupid to cop that he was blood doping. Remember when Arsenal spend a fortune of Arshivan after he was juiced up to the eyeballs during the WC
