Bilyaletdinov - OUT

It's not looking good.

He's incredibly talented, but he doesn't get the time on the ball he wants. And that's not going to change.

He looked good to me today, put in a couple of good balls in and worked hard trying to close down.

It's the confidence really, the old billy at locomotive would try to do something creative when one on one with a defender but the billy now likes to pass the ball to the over lapping player or anyone close by. It's because he's cautious that if he does something and it doesn't work then it's on him.

Today, he tried a few things and won a corner of Gallas, put in a few good balls and his passing was fair. He is lethal when he has a shot on goal and that's where he's lacking for me.

I doubt we will get anywhere near what we paid for him. I could see him going for less than 5mil tbh.

Personally I think he'd do well in the Portugese league; flair, but not as physical as the top leagues. Probably why he was good in Russia. But when you don't go to the top leagues, you don't get the big bucks, so about £6 million is what I'd expect -- at best.

Not looking good. Really isn't.

In the last couple of matches he has done more than he did most of last season work rate wise, he was more defensively able than coleman and coleman is supposedly a right back

Moyes never fails to nurture his players, he won't fail again. VDM was the only player who failed according to moyes..had it been Billy then he'd have said something yet about lack of workrate or his shortfalls

dont agree with the op at all.
he had a cracking first season , and this season just cant get a decent run in the team.

today , even though pienaar looked more lively and direct i sure bily had more passes and gave the ball away a lot less than him .
i cant see what bily did wrong today to deserve stick tbh.

I agree with this, i thought bily played well, nice touch, very good control and i think he will be a very good player for us when we start playing football like today.

actually bily kind of reminds me of bale.

what i mean by that is a few weeks back there was an article in the daily scum with harry con man saying bale wasn't living up to his potential and they had to work on him. he said " thats what the job of the coach is , to get the best out of players and our coaches worked with bale to improve his game".

so i think if bily is gonna get stick (hes a alround good lad imo) then steve round and the coaching team also have to be questioned.

Exactly

He drifted in the middle alot and was next to Yak on a fair few occasions.

He may suit being in the middle.

He'll be gone in January though. Shame, he's one of the most technically gifted players we have.
