Can't see The Leigh Arms on the list?

Getting a pint in the hour before k.o. if a bit of a mission, but if you want to get about five pints for under a tenner, that's your place.

Tried the Royal Oak on Saturday for the first time. Got in there early got a good spec and no real wait for service even up to 1430.
Brick is ok until two then it's a struggle to get served.
No Springfield mentioned. Does that only open match days?

The black horse is decent, especially in the summer when most people are in the beer garden so there's space but in the winter it's rammed

The brick has a good atmosphere as does the Winslow, the spellow sells piss

I know a fantastic place, just 5 minutes from the ground. ' The Morning Lark'.

Clean, tidy, and a lovely open fire in the winter months.

A brilliant and changing selection of real ale and ciders.

Hot and cold food, cooked by Mrs Bardell, on the premises.

Broadsheet newspapers available, and always a lovely crowd in.

And then I woke up, and realised, I will have to visit the same dreary, euro-fizz serving rat holes, complete with grizzly bar staff, overflowing toilets, and coked up scallies trying to flog me crap.

Forgive me for leeching on this thread, but where's the best pub in town for watching Everton? Thinking of popping down on Saturday.
